Perforated "4 Stagioni" shovel is built in a light aluminium alloy suitable to be in contact with food.
Its shape and the dish microporosity are designed to facilitate the loading/unloading of pizza without any excess of flour under the pizzas and the small triangular holes allows the discharge of the excess of flour.
The shape of the handle is designed to easily dissipate the heat avoiding getting burned, offering a better grip and smooth handling.
The thickness of the shovel plate assure no bendings of the plate during use even at high temperature (in pizza ovens reaching 500°c.).
