Gorgonzola cheese DOP "ORO", around 1,5 kg
A semi-soft blue-veined cheese from Italy, made from unskimmed cow’s milk. The texture is creamy and the flavour has a lightly sharp bite with a little sweetness.

With its white color and greenish stripes, Gorgonzola is one of the oldest blue-gray hairs in the world. Presumably, cheese making began around 1000 in the Province of Milan, in the town of Gorgonzola. The cheese is matured for 60 days. Creamy cheese is suitable for eating with a spoon. Can be added to sauces, salads, used in the preparation of pasta dishes, etc. The rind of the cheese is not edible. The product has a DOP label, known elsewhere in Europe as PDO e. "protected designation of origin" label in the world of cheese.
