Extra Quality traditional "Bolognese Ragù" produced following the original old recepie. More than 60% of pork meat, fresh vegetables, wine and tomato. Cooked slowly, like at home.

To this very rich Ragù (it conteins 62% of meat) you can add 100-150g of tomato sauce.

INGREDIENTS: pork meat (62%), tomato concentrate, cured ham (pork, salt), extra virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables (onion, CELERY, carrots), salt, sugar, spices.
